Would you provide tax
and/or legal advice to me? – No,
we are a CSP (Corporate Services Provider) firm, i.e. we will
incorporate at your instructions, and provide subsequent
annual maintenance and other related corporate services,
without any meaningful reference to your particular tax
and/or legal situation. We strongly advise you to seek
professional tax and legal advice in your home country or
could link you with local tax experts |

How is
confidentiality achieved? –
Generally, through the use of nominees. However, in any case
the Registry has no information regarding directors,
officers, shareholders, beneficiary owners. Only the
statutory Registered agent, i.e. our firm, has this
information, and we will not disclose it to anyone, except
through a court order or BVI FSC directive |

OK. I am ready. What
is the procedure to incorporate? –
First, decide whether you want a company from our
List of ready-made companies,
or a tailor-made company with your own choice of name |

(a) |
If you prefer a company from the
List of ready-made companies
(all entities on that list are provided in our
Diamond package
format) please fill in the
Company order
form on our web-site providing your e-mail address. Please
choose a couple of names in order of preference to your
liking (in case your first choice name has already become
unavailable). On that same day or next day (depending on the
timing of your request) we shall confirm final availability
and e-mail an Invoice to you. We will also require you to
fill in our Due
diligence form, client form (individual
or corporate and user)
and confirm acceptance of our
Terms and conditions,
and sign all afore-listed documents and send these to us
along with certified passport copies of all beneficiary
owners, address confirmation, professional reference. Upon
receipt of the above-mentioned documentation and payment,
company documents will be dispatched to you immediately. |

If you prefer a tailor-made company with
your own choice of name please fill in the relevant
Incorporation questionnaire
form on our web-site providing your e-mail address. On that
same day or next day (depending on the timing of your
request) we shall confirm name availability and e-mail an
Invoice to you. We will also require you to fill in our
Due diligence form,
client form (individual
or corporate and user)
and our Terms and
conditions, and sign all afore-listed documents and send
these to us along with certified passport copies off all
beneficiary owners, address confirmation, professional
reference. Upon receipt of the above-mentioned documentation
and payment, company documents will be dispatched to you
within 7 – 9 working days. |
